A bedbug infestation was found in apartment 509 of this big and old apartment building. The apartment was heat treated, but adjacent apartments were not treated, thus making it likely that bedbugs would spread to other apartments through the many crevices in this old and poorly maintained structure. There is now a suspected case of bedbug infestation in apartment 511.

Management company UIP failed to inform tenants about the issue.
