I moved in the end of September and about 3 weeks later I started getting bites at night. I went to management who said it was probably mosiqutos. Then i kept getting bites and I went back to management and this time they sent the exterminator in to search my apt. they said he didnt find any signs of bed bugs so it was not bed bugs even though i had bites consistant of bed bugs. After weeks of bites and them telling me it was not bed bugs I actually saw a bed bug! I have had 1 treat

Carillon House has bed bugs. I do not think that all of the apartments are infested - but mine is! I have been covered in bites and am miserable.

Luckily, management is handling the situation fairly well. They put me up - for free - in a fully furnished temporary apartment and are moving me to a new unit after extermination is complete.

The major downside? Management insists on blaming me for the situation. The manager has accused me of bringing the bugs in, even though I have explain
