I lived their just fine in this crappy but okay apt for 3 years. One day, my roommate told me he was moving out.

A week after he left we realized we had bedbugs. They were all over the house and the landlord wouldn't pay to exterminate. The roommate who'd moved out had brought them in (the exterminator who came by for an inspection said the infestation had definitely started in his room).

I moved out, but I'm reporting this house since it's in the same building as 5 or 6 other row houses.
