I and at least 4 other neighbors on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors have been battling bed bugs for the past year. As of Oct 2008 my apartment has been professionally fumigated twice. The infestation is not as bad as it was, but it is far from resolved. My concern is that they are in the entire building, and we just keep eliminating them in one apartment so that they can head on over to an apt next door.
