August 2011. Another apt in the bldg had a full fledged beg bug infestation and it spread to our apt. Mgmt paid for 3 treatments by an exterminator but did not compensate us for hundreds of dollars of laundry and dry cleaning bills and mattress protectors. I've been biten twice since the exterminator's last treatment and don't believe they're gone. I bought organic bed bug spray for my mattress at Bed, Bath and Beyond. I don't trust that other tenants have been diligent in taking the necesary st
