lived here about 8 months, all new furniture, no dumpster or goodwill stuff. started waking up with bites that i thought were just mosquitoes because i don't have a screen on my window. but they kept coming back. the ni finally found some live ones. the landlord is trying to hold me responsible for them, there is this awesome law in colorado called the warranty for habitability that states it's the landlords responsibility to pay for them.
