July-August 2011 I moved in and was immediately bitten by bed bugs and had bites all over my leg, arms, feet chest and even above my eye. The landlord said that he brought in a dog for the whole building and they did not find anything the previous month. After I told the landlord about the bites the landlord brought in a company that heats up the apartment and even after the second time they heated up my apartment I was still getting bite so they brought them in a third time which worked up unt

One of the best and most vigilant property owners/managers in Boulder. Any report of a bb and they immediately call one of the areas thermal remediation experts to fully heat treat. In addition several times per year they bring in Walter Penny and his famous bb sniffing dog to check every unit usually only to confirm that all are bb free.

Over summer '09 at least 2 apartments in the building had bedbug infestations. From what I've heard at least one has been fixed (new tenants are living there with no warning of the prior infestation).
