Look regarding the sierra vista property, it does not matter how many times you treat those units. We could kill every single roach and bed bug on one entire floor, and they'll all be back next week. That place has gotten so infested i really dont believe that it will ever stop. New tennants are constantly bringing them in and over time the bugs will become immune to these pesticides. There are so many in between the walls, along the pipes and throughout each square inch of that building that i
dont think you can bring it back. Im sorry to say all this but i hope it hwlps in anyways

this has been the apartment complex from hell... the most recent of problems are bed bugs. I have bites all over my arms. I knew right away what it was because my friends who live in the same building have them as well.

This is a huge complex of over 500 apartments. The place is infested with bedbugs, EVERYWHERE! The management will only fumigate one apartment at a time and you have to wait 2 weeks for them to get to you. Consequently you cannot get rid of them. I have had to throw all of my furniture out, a great deal of my clothing and other belongings. It's a daily battle to even find somewhere safe to sleep in my apartm
ent. I've also spent close to $1000 on doctor's appointments trying to figure out what was biting me. It was so bad that I now have scars all over my legs and arms. AVOID THESE APARTMENTS AT ALL COSTS!
A bedbug infestation has been spreading in this apartment complex (Sierra Vista)for at least 10 months. It is a 200+ unit complex with multiple addresses: 8841, 8851, 8861 and 8871 E. Florida Avenue. Units are being treated individually and ineffectually, which is causing the infestatation to spread throughout the building.
