began getting bit summer 2010 - discovered our upstairs neighbors had a big bed bug problem which hadn't been treated effectively. we began actually seeing them and started treatments. had issues with the complex and the pest control company with getting straight communication, not giving us all the information outfront, not allowing us copies of reports, etc. etc. not impressed with either company. so far been treated 5 times, the most recent was three days ago. we shall see if it works this ti
