I had lived in this apartment problem free for months, I had heard tenants from the first floor tell me they had bedbugs but I did not have an issue til recently. They are everywhere, and the management is horrible at helping me. They are spraying to no effect. The building is clearly completely infected with bugs, and the management is lying about it.I first noticed the issue in the later part of July 2011. My neighbor is covered in bites.

we moved in over 2 1/2 years ago. everything was fine at first. after about 3 months, i noticed bites on my body. i overheard people in the apartment complex's office talking about needing another spraying for bed bugs. i asked that my apartment be sprayed, as well. no amount of spraying totally eradicates them. they hide in the edges of the capets, cracks in the wood, clothing, and, of course, mattresses and box springs. we now spray our own apartment. mostly effective this way.
