OMG I lived there back in 2006 and when I moved out the bugs spread wherever I went. That place has had bugs before I moved there back in 2006. And I can't believe that they still have not taken care of it

Only been here since mid March 2010. I have seen and killed 3 live definite bed bugs in the past week and had a few miscellaneous bites. Moving out (without anything) as soon as I am able, even if it means paying them off to let me break the lease. This is despite the fact they sprayed just before I moved in.

Tonight I sit comfortably in my new place, although I sit on the floor because I had to throw out my furniture (note I am not still at Cambridge Place Apartment off of south Bellaire). We were renting a one bedroom apartment from them for a little over six month. Come to find out the whole property is dealing with bed bugs. And we got them as well!!! I moved in and thought the place was nice. Once I started walking on the carpet with bare feet, my feet started to burn an would swell up and get red. So I got house shoes, however, the chemicals also effected my dog. She had constant diarrhea. I had to take her out at least 3 to 4 times a night. I know it didn't come from my dog or me because I had just moved out of a clean place with absolutely NO problems! After a couple of weeks I started noticing bites all over my body. I moved into my apartment... and one week later they sprayed. After the first spraying, I noticed bites all over my body. I have never dealt with this type of problem, so when this started happening, I gave the apartment complex the benefit of a doubt. They sprayed and sprayed, until I honestly couldn\'t take it anymore. The place is nasty... and you can tell when you walk up to it or look at it. Even though it may seem dirty, the bug problem is something that can really affect you. DO NOT MOVE

I to lived at this place and had similar problems, i moved out this late spring because of bed bug and mice issues. I lived on the top floor and still caught double digits of mice in less than a year. I had never saw a bed bug until i moved here. My place was crawling with them even after multiple sprays. absolutely disgusting i would not live here even if it was free

I\'m not giving my apartment number but I just moved here and have bed bugs, on a brand new bed! Some people on the lower levels have told me they\'ve been fighting them for months. 1260 south Bellaire and 1230 are the same apt complex, Cambridge place. They will not pay for professional treatment, instead will only come spray once a month... pointless. I\'m not even going through them, fighting this myself. I\'d rather pay the money than wait for them to fix it.
