I moved in January 1st of this year and haven't had any issues nor have I heard of anyone else having them. They spray monthly as a preventative method and seems to be working :)

IT'S REALLY BAD!!!!! Don't move here. Looks like it's been going on for years. I wish I knew about this site before I moved in. I'm throwing my bed out tomorrow. I don't know what to do. It's a studio apt so I have a lot of things on the floor. I just killed 7 in the last 3 hours! I throw them in the toilet. I am contacting the management tomorrow. Hopefully I can get them killed in order to move somewhere else.

apartment 304, just moved in ,i thought i just had a rash until one of the neighbors asked if i had bed bugs, she said someone on level two did, within the week sure enough, i found some, contacted office and yes they have been struggling with them for a while now, said they are having problems getting all the tenants to agree to a bombing, I thought the owners could force the tenants? i just got 304 treated on may 12th 2008, but when will the whole building be done again????do i want to live h

There have been repeated problems in this building. Starting (to my knowledge) with a fumigation in Apt 102 in early October of this year. The problem has since spread (and this is only according to the fellow tenants I have been able to talk to. There are probably more.) and the bastards were noticed in 201 and 205 on November 4th. By noticed, I mean that I have a pill bottle filled with three of them that I found in my apartment. Both
