After 2 months and 6 treatments in my apartment, I decided to move out of The Patrician which is managed by Shockcor Inc. They exclusively use an extermination company called Colorado Pest Control that doesn't even have a website. They refuse to treat the entire building and they deny that the entire building is infested. They don't disclose the problem to other residents in order to prevent future outbreaks and they failed to tell me my apartment had a problem prior to moving in. I truly be
lieve it is a lack of due diligence and ethics. The conspiracy theorist in me believes the pest control company is just perpetuating the infestation by not recommending the proper treatment. I have done extensive research on this subject and I have spoken with experts in NYC. This is not just an individual unit problem, it is a building infestation.

After hearing about them in my building just this evening, I was upset to find a couple of their discarded shells on my mattress. I did not see any of the bugs themselves but in reading online, this is a sure sign of their presence.

I just found bed bugs in my apartment this week. My bedspring is completely infested. Turns out, my neighbors on either side of me have had repeated problems. Sounds to me like my entire building is infested. I'm very upset that I wasn't notified earlier because maybe I could have done something to prevent this. I don't know why they won't treat the entire building rather than just individual apartments. It's absolutely disgusting. In the 10 years I've lived here in Denver, I've never had
a problem till now. I have lived in this building for almost a year and this is the first I've heard of this issue in my building. Shockcor Inc is the property management company and they are paying for an exterminator but I don't know why every resident in the building isn't notified.

found bedbugs in ourapartment in July. We bug bombed twice with a bomb that was ment for bed bugs. Bought bedbug killer spray and sprayed the house. We still are finding small traces of bedbug existance and a bed bug here and there in December. The landlord said there is really nothing he can do about it.
