I lived in 917 E 11th Ave. It is a 4-plex, I don't want to say what apartment number I lived in. We lived there for about 4 months before some new people moved in next to us. They always had random people staying and coming and going into their place. After about a month or so of this I started noticing bites and they turned out to be bed bugs.
