I moved into this building in march of 2010 my first apartment. About 3 weeks into my apartment was infested. I called brownstone they sent out an exterminator once it made the problem worse. I had to throw out all my cloths and furnature.

My boyfriend moved in to this building when he first moved to Denver. We first noticed the problem when I came to visit and ended up covered in bites. Thinking I had hives, scabies, and about a billion other skin diseases, I went to several doctors apointments before finally realizing the source!
He later moved into another place, but the bugs had already moved into his mattress. We had to buy all new things and we even called Brownstone several times about the issue, and they never called u

Brownstone Realty did not inform me of the bedbug infestation in this building. Although they have sprayed my apartment, the bedbugs continue to come through the vents and cracks in the walls. My daughter is covered in about 200 bites, including all over her face. My new furniture is ruined. Brownstone Realty takes no responsibility for their lack of communication regarding this problem in this building. They spray a few apartments and call it good. They are irresponsible.

Moved into 1480 High about 6 months ago. Started getting bitten about 3 weeks later. Began finding out that a lot of the people in the building were dealing with them. Told the landlord right away about the bugs. They promised that their pest control company (Colorado Pest Management) would get rid of the problem with a couple of sprays.
