Continued: Nick promised he'd give me back my Security Deposit and Rent money, but when I turned in the keys and left the place "cleaner" than how I found it, he pulled a pathetic move and only gave me part of my deposit. This place is absolutely infested with bedbugs. The landlord seems so nice and so do the tenants and they all say it's just spiders and they even offer to spray for you anytime you want but we all know that doesn't do anything.  They all know they have bedbugs.  I was in the apt for 1 week before my first bite and two weeks later I have confirmation of the infestation and now I am in the process of treatment and long term storage and finding a new place to start my life over again.

Bed bug infestation in Englewood at 3655 South Pearl Street and Management is not doing any thing at all. So dont Rent at the Penn House Apartment's in Enclewood, Colorado.

My entire apartment building had been infested. The landlord\'s, whose names are Athena and Gus Damaralos, and their son, Nick, who is the manager, lied to me when I moved into the building. I asked if they had ever had any bed bugs and they said they had not. After my apartment, number 10, became infested, I found out from other tenants that they had bed bugs in the building for a long time prior. I lived there from September 2007 until April 2008. I collected several bed bugs in plastic baggie
