Bunnell Smasher on 12/15/2010

This Building 1368 Lafayette is a Bed Bug Palace. I lived in one of these units for a few months and battled bed bugs and the management company daily. It is also a dump run by a slum lord , Mike Bunnell Reality. It by all purposes should be torn down by the city as a health hazard. The building manager and maintenance man of the building are both bumbling idiots who could care less about serving the tenants. Stay away from this property or any operated by this company....I repeat stay away. Yo

February 7, 2009- This building includes all addresses from 1362-1368. Four units out of six have observed bedbugs, three have had bites, the fourth tenant just moved in and is moving out again immediately due to having a bug phobia.

Exterminator is here now, but is only treating three units. I would be very wary of moving in here. Landlord does not appear to be terribly worried by the infestation.
