Moved in beginning of spring, shortly thereafter was informed tenant above had infestation. Landlord later said they have had many problems with bedbugs here in the past, though he neglected to mention this before signing lease. Bugs rapidly spread throughout home into lower apts. Entire building infested. Landlord had it heat treated twice for 8 hours. Seems to be okay. Waiting a few months to be sure.
