Building has bed bugs and managements insists on having us deal with it on an individual basis. The problem is that they are in the walls; they are everywhere. Apparently they have migrated from the 4th floor to the 5th floor and god knows where else. Entire building needs to be treated. This way it kills them all, properly, once.
