I lived in these apartments for a year and a half. Never had bedbugs.
Overall Pam had a grouchy demeanor, but left me well enough alone.

I'm a tenant of Pam Miller's, for 4 years. I have NEVER had any problems whatsoever, bedbugs, other pests, or any other problems at all. She has ALWAYS taken care of ALL problems immediately, no what the problems are. There have been many false accusations about Pam Miller, the manager, and about Terminex (the pest control service used by Pam Miller). These accusations are completely false and absolutely absurd. HORRIBLE BEDBUG INFESTATION!! The owner will deal with the problem in one of three ways: 1)not at all, 2)terminex will spray or bomb one or two apartments, leaving the surviving bugs to scurry off to all of the other apartments or 3) the manager successfully convinces the tennant who reported the problem that they are responsible for bringing the bugs into the building ("we've never had them until now" HA!) and for the cost of fumigating all 26 units( around $1600 - the owner will only bomb and

1331 Downing Pam Miller is a horrible landlord(slumlord) Lies, Drinks on the job, and brings bed bugs around all her properties. I am a college student who's mother helps with rent and over the last 6 mo, pam has lied and slandered in order to hurt my family and has succeeded in doing so! PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!

There are bedbugs at this apartment complex. There is a manager, Pam Miller, who has been tracking them around from property to property.
