This is a 150 year old Victorian in capitol hill divided into 5 apartments on 2 levels. A neighbor told us the 4 day after moving in that the house was infested. I had absolutely no proof for months. I couldn't find feces, blood or any remains at all but we were covered in bites. Worse than chicken pox, I mean I had at least 100 bites on my arms alone. We took pics of the bites and spoke to the landlord. She refused to see the pics and told one of the other tennants to find the "least expensive
