The building is sprayed regularly as part of on-going preventative extermination for the past 3 years. It is unfortunate that tenants blame the building and the landlord when they themselves contribute to the problem by their personal living habits, the people they associate with and their refusal to take even the most basic preventative measures themselves. Unfortunately we all suffer for the people these people.

Also, people who 'throw everything out' and are 'eaten alive' tend to exagg

I had a good friend live there for 5 months. They sprayed the building monthly. The bed bugs never left. She had to move, throw out all of her furniture and half of her clothes, and was eaten half alive by these bugs. This building will NEVER be rid of bedbugs, don't move in there.

This building has bedbugs. I witnessed them from 9/2010-8/2010.

The entire building has been sprayed for bed bugs over the past number of years. Our apartment was infested. 8/1/09
