I also lived in this building since 2009 and there were a couple of apartments with bedbugs for a short time (one neighbor was a hoarder and management evicted him). They have since removed the bugs and have been extremely proactive in keeping them out of our building! They inspect our apartments regularly with a professional company and when I called about bites (turned out to be a spider) last month they were there in hours to inspect and treat for what turned out to be a bed bug false alarm.

After about a month of having bites, I have found the reasons. The management takes it seriously and has sent over a professional to deal with the problem. I am not the first apartment that has been affected by this. I found out this has been a problem in my building for months.
