I moved out of this apartment complex, Concordia due to bedbugs. A few months after moving in I began seeing mattresses and furniture out by the dumpsters. Shortly after, there were bedbugs in my apartment. The office admitted that several units were affected. After 2 exterminations they said the apt was clear but I still saw bugs, and they let me terminate my lease with a $500 fee for leaving early.
