Saw tenants moving in above the coffee house. The proprietor of the coffee house ran out and said to them, "I told the landlady that if she didn't tell people, that I would. There are bedbugs in that upstairs apartment." The tenants looked sick and said they had just given her all their money... We advised them to bag everything up and get out.
