Francis Heights Apts. for Seniors. Bedbugs in Building and my mother's apartment. Several apartments on her floor are infested. There are 16 floors. Some individuals living here are disabled and unable to do the work required to maintain a pest-free invironment, even with commercial inspections. The management is aware of it and are working on the problem but I don't think it is going to be effective.
