I moved in Oct. of 2009. The first week I had no heat. Then (supposely free) WiFi went out for 2 weeks. Comcast will not service this building, therefore, Wifi is your only form of entertainment. This March the heat went completely out for a week, so, Karen posted a note... Sorry for the chill. It was freezing temps. that week. Also, the bedbugs are back and the Wifi went down. this place had bedbugs for sure early in 2011 and quite possibly may still. the landlord, primarily Karen is absolutlely crazy. the heating in the building is awful, the plumbing is awful, electrical is horrible and they will never, by any means, hire professionals to repair. there are 2 men that live on site but are not professionls and are as helpful as the Landlord will let them be. she WILL raise your rent constantly, the apartments are tiny, and if you speak up about the problems, you will

i can confirm that BEDBUGS and COCKROACHES have been there off and on between 2006 to 2011. the latest outbreak was around february of 2011 and was a massive infestation on the bottom floor with some really bad spots on the top floor. the infestation on the bottom floor were in apartments (close to the leasing office #1) that had an ungodly nest that had been developing for years possibly. the landlords will not disclose this info to you. they are slumlords. they have a goal of selling this

Please heed this warning if you wish to avoid a lot of trouble:
Not only does the place have bedbugs, the landlords are unresponsive, vengeful and totally bonkers. I lived in this apartment for about a year before experiencing bed bugs back in 2009. I spoke with management who told me that the entire building had bedbugs and would be exterminated. They exterminated the building twice on two separate occasions, yet there were some stragglers found around the building! I moved out after this nightmare and had to get rid of all of my clothes, bed and bedding...it was so bad. Reports of bedbugs have been posted to this site as recent as this year so I guess it

I lived there the last few months of winter 2011. The owners evicted me because I complained about the bed bugs, cockroaches, horrible electric, and shabby conditions. The owners febely tried to rid the slum of bed bugs.

Now I live bed bug free elsewhere.
