Small complex with nice neighbors, but the apartment hadn't been cleaned upon move-in, and previous tenants had evidently had bed bugs for a while. Found old egg casings along carpet seams and several live bed bugs after getting lots of bites. Sterilized my things and moved out. Management was very prompt in responding and said this property hadn't had the problem before. Most likely due to the neglect of the previous tenants, but I recommend asking to see cleaning and pest control records befor
