I lived in the Lloyd's apartments complex between 2010 and 2011. Near the end of my lease, we began having problems with bed bugs. After talking with my neighbors, I discovered that Lloyd's apartments has a long history of bed bug issues, but management refuses to handle the situation properly. Instead of spraying the building all at once, they will only spray one apartment at a time allowing the bed bugs to flee through the electrical outlets. BEWARE of this complex.

I moved in and signed a one year lease and shortly after I was told by several tenants that the complex has had repeated problems with bed bugs and that the building management refuses to make an attempt to correct the problem. My favorite quote that I heard from everone was, "yeah, Termex was out here all the time over the summer, and there is always a mattress in the dumpster". I brought this up to building management and they said they have had bed bugs in the past but have sprayed for them.
