June 26, 2010 my roomate found a bedbug in our couch. We later found out that our apartment has had an infestation before, and it was obviously not taken care of properly. The landlord went with the cheapest option, which obviously never works in these types of situations. We are now in the process of getting a large nationally known termination service to help, which of course the landlord is refusing to pay for. Hopefully the problem is taken care of this time.
