We moved into this building in July 2009 and were assured that there were no bugs. Early in July 2010, we were told the building management was going to be spraying for bugs as a "preventative measure." Some guy with a little canister came and sprayed some nasty-smelling stuff all over the place. Not TWO DAYS LATER, I woke up scratching madly and covered with bed bug bites.
