At the end of October, my research led me to bed bugs, and I alerted my landlord, who confirmed that he had two other tenants in the past who had similar problems he eliminated with a spray he had purchased. In early November he used that spray which helped for about two days. I have since caught two bugs and have sealed them in ziplock bags, so I am now sure of the problem. I am now waiting for him to replenish that spray and do a follow-up treatment I hope will eliminate the pests for good. I am also urging the use of a pest professional to come in for an inspection. I look forward to uninterrupted nights of sleep and no more itching and welts.
