I just moved out of here and the place has bedbugs. When I moved in, there was furniture all over the back yard and I noticed a futon frame with a lot of significant bedbug evidence. It took a few months for us to notice, but they definitely were there. The landlord does the bare minimum to keep the property rentable, so I doubt he'll ever treat the place. I would stay away if you can.
