First noticed August 2008. In at least 2 of the 3 apartments in this old Victorian home. Orkin came and \"sprayed\" and the problem was gone for a few months, as the weather turned colder. Tenants noticed bugs again in October, atleast in the 3rd story apartment, and Orkin said they would \"treat the apartment.\" As the months got colder less activity was noticed, but come May they were back and now seem to have infested the entire floor. Landlord has not taken care of the situation properly, or at least has not ordered Orkin to come and do an intense inspection. I would not move into this location, ever.
