Apartment 324 has a bed bug infestation. You will not be alerted of this as a new resident, you have to wait until you experience it yourself to know that the building is infested. I moved in July 10 and found out in August there was an infestation. It wasn't until October that I actually saw a bug and gave it to management as proof. I had already asked them to inspect and even though they did, they didn't actually respond until after I showed them a living bug! The many bites I received were no
t proof enough in their eyes!!!! I am moving out because of this problem. It is November 2009 and I called managment again to tell them that they are back but they said they will "inspect" again. I'm pretty sure I am going to have to go hunting for a live bug once again (yei!). They will not reimburse for any costs that dealing with this infestation brings. They not only have bedbugs, but mice, rats, lice, and silverfish, ticks and roaches. This is a TERRIBLE place to live. Look anywhere else on earth! Oh, and they will fumigate, but they refuse to fumigate the entire building (the only effective way of eliminating these pests) so don't be conforted by their flimsy efforts.

This apartment building has an infestation. Treatment has not been very effective so far. The problem is spreading.
