As I have been living here,I have had no problems as of yet.I live on the 3rd floor & it's clean.I mean the hall way could use new carpet but my apartment is CLEAN & nice.....

I lived at the overlook apt at this location for 3 years and the entire complex was infested I will never recommend these apartments ever swing as it does not end with bed bugs they have mice and roaches too. These apartments should be torn down swing as they have had these problems for several years
