This report is totally inaccurate. 840 Washington Street Apartments have never had bedbugs. The building does not have bedbugs now. The individual who posted this on your website has flawed thinking. Previous occupants of his apartment were there for three years and HAD NO bedbugs. No other tenants have any bedbugs.
The building management company tried to maintain a good landlord tenant relationship, contrary to this individual's report. The management company had the apartment professi
onally exterminated three times at no cost to the tenant. The professionals were unable to find any bedbugs or any sign of any bedbugs EVER. No bedbugs were ever found in any inspection, before or after the three extermination treatments.
Stating Management did nothing is totally erroneous. We have managed income property for over thirty-five years, addressing all of our tenants concerns in a timely fashion. The person who posted this is a newly licensed attorney, just out of law school. He invents these menacing, falsehoods while he is supposed to be working, gaining real law experience. He is also an officer of the court who is breaking his fiduciary obligations to the court by posting this fabricated slander on the Internet.

Moved into these apartments and two weeks later started getting bitten by bedbugs.
Told Carrier Management about it and they have done almost nothing to solve the problem and even blamed it on me.
I didn't have bedbugs before I moved into Washington Square Apartments and now I have to deal with them.
