My name is Don Brennan and I am the Owner's Representative for 1424 Pennsylvania. We work hard to maintain this building and provide clean, beautifully restored vintage apartments to residents. This anonymous posting is challenging for me as the resident acknowledges that he or she has never had a problem. To my knowledge there are no issues with Bed Bugs in this building. In addition, we perform regular pest control measures to ensure that there is never an issue with any type of pest.

The backside of this building faces the alley between Penn and Pearl Street. Residents of the building across the alley on the pearl side are frequently disposing of filthy mattresses in the dumpster for 1424 Penn which is directly outside the window of a unit in my building. The windows in 1424 are dilapidated and provide no protection. I never had a problem because I live a few units away from the window, but last spring several tenants had problems. Landlord was extremely responsive however
