I've lived in 'The Dallas' for 3 years, in apartment #4. There was definitely a Bed Bug problem just over a year ago. My apartment was fumigated on three(3) separate occasions. Every apartment in the building was fumigated at least twice, as well as the halls and stairs. I was also given powder (as well as every other tenant), which was the recommended as a follow-up treatment by the Exterminators, which I personally saw examining the building. Last night my girlfriend and I were lounging in bed and a bed bug went crawling by. We killed it. I was told that there had been a bed bug problem in this building when I moved in a few months ago. But that it had been taken care of. Gross.
