The problem in this building is strickley due to the lack of preparation for treatment and the housekeeping issues of the tenants. A number of people would rather live with them then get prepared for treatment.prior to the current pest control company the building was 85% infested now it may be 2% and would be 100% under control if the handful of people would cooperate.

I am an outside service provider and my client is riddled with bed bugs and it seems as if the management is not doing what is necessary to improve the situation.

I've lived in this building for about a year and a half, now, but from what I hear from long–time residents, they've been dealing with bedbugs here for nearly a decade.
I first noticed an infestation approximately a year ago. Both of the units adjacent to me had been treated recently (the residents of one unit basically told me that they'd "always had them", despite repeated treatments, and that I would too).
Since then, I've been living in a state of constant "siege", for example, each
of my bed's legs is standing in a pan of water. I hang all of my clothes in the closet of another room, and take other similar preventative measures. However, I recently trapped a couple of nymphs (2nd or 3rd stage, I think) on the carpet tape trap I have ringing my bathroom door (coming from "that" unit by way of the water pipes, I assume), so I've had another treatment.
The building's management uses a company called "Tailored Pest Control", which is a sole proprietorship in business since December 2006. Quite frankly, I don't have a lot of confidence in their ability or services, and imagine that my building is only contracting with them because they're probably not very costly. They come to the building EVERY Thursday to spray units for roaches and bedbugs. You simply go down to the management office and say "I've got bedbugs", and they put your unit on the list. They're not controlling the problem, merely suppressing it.
