Yes, there are bedbugs here but the first report is bogus. The manager cared and he and the management company did everything they could to get the problem treated. The pest control company they used was out here at least a couple times a week.
Now the building got sold and there is a new management company, so we'll see what happens.

WE'VE LIVED HERE FOR APPROX 19 MINTHS, THE BED BUGS AR SO BAD THAT WE CANNOT TOLERATE IT ANYMORE. THE MANAGMENT DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE, HE DOESN'T LIVE HERE. THE BUILDING HAS ROACHES ALSO.

We had lived here for just a couple of months and then it happened. We suddenly started getting bites and eventually, we started actually seeing the bugs. I had previously heard that this place had a problem with bed bugs, but didn't ever think I would get them; I'm clean, there's no way I could ever get infested! Turns out, cleanliness has nothing to do with your chances of getting bed bugs. Anyone can get them, at any time. The manager knows there is a problem and has sprayed our apartment onc
