A renter @ 10350 # 2-B continually brought home people in need of a place to stay from the bar on 44th & Kipling. He eventually brought home someone with bedbugs! Then the apt. upstairs got them either from them visiting each other, or they just migrated. After trying to treat them himself, not knowing what they were (with no luck), he got management involved and they sprayed twice so far, as well as spraying the upstairs apartment.
