I moved into the apartment in January. I was finding bites intermittantly. Complex sent their bug guy. He thought they were bedbug bites, but wouldn't treat without finding actual bugs. I eventually paid for my own treatment, and found dead bugs afterwards. Complex, to my knowledge, did not treat adjoining apartments because they could not find evidence of infestation (mind you, they couldn't find it in mine either even though I had 5-10 bites/night).
