I moved into this apartment 7 months ago and had no problems. Then our downstairs neighbors moved out. the cleaning crew asked if they could borrow some water cause it was shut off and they told me the apartment was discusting and full of bugs. they even said the paint would not stick on the walls and then one of the ladies vomited. a few months later I noticed a bug on a nightstand and then more and more throughout the next 3 weeks.
