This Tenant spoke to other tenants in this building and was told 5 out of the 10 apartments have bed bugs. 3 of the tenants do not know if they have bed bugs because they just moved in (after bed bugs were reported to the landlord). One of the tenants stated they have had bed bugs for over a year and was told by the landlord to purchase over the counter treatments.

This is a multifamily apartment building. One unit is being treated August 2011; however, tenant was informed building management will only cover one single treatment in this unit alone. Apparently adjacent units will not be notified or treated by management.
