this building is infested with bed bugs and has not been treated.the owners once or twice called some cheap exterminators that came in to fix problem but nothing changed.probably they used water.anyway,i wonder why code enforcement hasnt shut down the building because i learnt this problem has been in the building for years as if thats not enough,its infected with roaches.
