It started in end apt(#4) Landlady had apts sprayed but did not ask tenant in end apt if she followed up with care and if she did ask, tenant lied. they eventually spread to 1st apt. now only this apt occupied, others left for various reasons. this occupant doing all they can to comply with pest control.
