This Sr. Apartment complex is infeste wqith bed bugs. the management has chosen to :spot treat: the problem even though she has been told that the entire building needs to be treated at one time.
Some tenants have moved out because of the problem but many, being on fixed incomes, cannot move. They have been told that if anyone does not like the way she is handling things around there, they can move.
Also, new tenants are not being told about this problem.
