bed bugs were brought into the building in 2007. the land lord hired Ensure pest control which used "Bug bombs" to try to eliminate the problem. The problem has been transfered to all 4 floors of the building. As of november the landlord has hired omega pest control to spray appts but has refused to inspect surrounding units and is only treating units with complaints.
