We moved in April 2009 and immediately got bed bugs. I was waking up with bites everyday but we didn't know what was causing them. After a few months we started seeing adult bugs early in the morning. Reported this to the office and they were not alarmed at all. As we started talking to other residents this has been an ongoing problem. It took 6 treatments (one every 2 weeks) to take care of the problem. Then due to others in our building not preparing correctly we had to have 2 more treatments
